10-year-old Maria Lourdes has become an overnight celebrity, thanks to Perez Hilton, Lady Gaga and Ellen Degenres. After seeing her beautiful cover of Lady Gaga‘s fast selling hit, “Born This Way,” I was intrigued to visit her youtube channel and learn more about her. It wasn’t just her vocals that urged me to post about Maria, but her personality. At such a young age, she’s already got the right attitude to brand herself in this business. Although she says she’s “really really shy” and that her “hyper” attitude is just in the videos and with people she’s used to, I’m sure she’ll grow to be confident in front of strangers. I have a feeling she will be in front of large crowds very soon.
